My colleagues at work held a party for Baby C today (9.23.10). I was truly overwhelmed by everyone and everything that we received. We have diapers coming out of our ears! I know, that's a good thing. I think I need to exchange some for larger sizes. We were given a check, money that was collected, also. Baby C is in need of toys. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm glad you asked for toy suggestions, because I need to get Paisley some too. She has plenty of diapers and clothes, but she's getting to the point soon that she'll actually start trying to play with stuff.

One of the very best gifts we got was the 'Rainforest Jump-a-roo'. They have a more updated version now (than 4 years ago), but it is still awesome and WELL worth the $75 spent on it! My son loved it so much, I cried the very last time he played in it:-(
Isn't it amazing how people just wrap around you? I am having my SIXTH baby shower next week. Yep, six. I wondered if I'd ever have one, now I am on number 6. Our babies are long-awaited and SO loved.
I agree with others about the jump-a-roo. There's a really cool one at babies r us that has a pad to go on the floor so they can make music as they jump. It's on my Christmas list for Jackson as he moves non-stop and I KNOW he'll love it:). Have fun picking out toys!!

The best toy ever is the Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes. It's only 10 dollars, but we've used it from the time she was 4 months (and maybe even earlier) all the way to now (14 months)! It's awesome, and the music isn't annoying. :)
