Monday 10.20.14 Griff had his 2 month appointment. TT also went with us. Of course, both doctors were running about 45 minutes behind and TT went a little bonkers once we got into the room. Lovely. Griffin weighed 11lbs4oz. His BMI was 12.62. He was 24.75in long. He ended up in the 95 percentile for height and 25th for weight. "Underweight for height, but tracking on growth curve" I had remembered to give him Tylenol ahead of time and had a bottle ready to go. He had two shots and one oral vaccine. We talked about his blocked tear ducts and cradle cap. Right around his one month appointment he started breaking out. After that appointment, I started getting aggressively worse. Not just on the face... but in his hair, on his neck, back, shoulders, chest, etc.... I would say that last week it is "starting" to get "better." However, spit up, sweat, time, baths will all make it worse. The doctor doesn't think it's GERD or a milk allergy, but it could be a milk sensitivity or just sensitive skin. Since one month, we haven't used Johnson & Johnson or anything lavender. The doctor suggested that we use soy formula. She also suggested that we may consider adding rice cereal to his bottle to help him with calories (use a little less than 1 teaspoon per ounce). I am not sure of our plan yet.....
