1.15.11 - U/S #1 (Gestational Sac, Yolk Sac & Heartbeat-Measured 5w4d)

1.26.11 - U/S #2 @ 4:15pm (Measured 7w2d-HeardHB for the 1st time around 140-150 bpm)
2.7.11 - U/S #3 @ 11:15am (Measured 9w1d-Heard HB again, arms/legs forming)
2.14.11 - 1st Appointment with OB @ 5pm (Heard heartbeat w/ doppler, around 140bpm)
2.21.11 - NT Scan & BW (Heard heartbeat, Baby had hiccups, NT fold 1.1mm, long arms/legs)
3.1.11- 1st Appointment with Midwife (Met 1st midwife, heard heartbeat @ 150bpm)
3.2.11 - Last Progesterone
3.18.11 - Pregnancy Brain has officially taken over :/ 3.27.11 - ER Visit - Allergic RXN to Amoxicillin (Baby was 'where' it was supposed to be compared to baby being at belly button at 20 weeks)
3.30.11 - 2nd Appointment with Midwife (Met 2nd midwfie, doppler troubles, quick ultrasound)
4.19.11 - 20 Week Anatomy Scan & Check-up @ 11am (It's a GIRL! 146 bpm, TSH Check)
5.16.11 - 24 Week Check-Up
6.9.11 - Unexpected OB Visit @ 3:15pm (everything checked out for the both of us - AF cramps all day)
6.13.11 - Found out results of urine culture and analysis (UTI), Started antibiotics
6.17.11 - 28 Week Check-Up & Glucose Testing (TSH tested, meausred right on, HB 140-150)
6.24.11 - Results of 28 Week Check-Up (Glucose Test 112, TSH a little over 2 & the nurse told me my iron was a little low at 10.3, but nothing was noted further about that)
6.29.11 - 3/4D U/S
7.13.11 - 32 Week Check-Up (Measured right on, heard HB, told to continue M.etformin & BA throughout, was okayed to attend wedding 1 day before due date)
7.27.11 - 34 Week Check-Up (Measured right on, heard HB, talked about heartburn, Baby Girl head down)
8.10.11 - 36 Week Check-Up (Measured right on, GBS test, HB in 130s, told to use techniques to rippen cervix and that they would only allow me to go over 10 days)
8.17.11 - 37 Week Check-Up (Measured right on,GBS+, NST (took a while to wake her up))
8.23.11 - 38 Week Check-Up (Measured right on, Estimated 7lb 6oz, HB 144, Good NST, head down face up, 50% effaced)
8.31.11 - 39 Week Check-Up(Measured right on, HB around 150, 2 cm & 50% effaced)
9.4.11 - EDD
9.6.11 - 40 Week Check-Up (Measured good, HB sounded good, 3-4 cm 60-70% effaced)
9.7.11 - Induction @ 7am (Report at 6:45am) (Baby T born at 3:20pm, weighing 6lbs10.5oz measuring 19.75inches long)
9.12.11 - Baby T's 1st Appointment (6lbs12oz measuring 19inches long)
9.16.11 - Baby T lost her umbilical cord
9.29.11 - Discovered Lump Behind Baby T's Right Nipple, Dr. referred her to specialist (weighed 7lbs6oz)
10.3.11 - Baby T's Specialist Appointment (no concern)
10.20.11- Baby T's 2nd Appointment (1 Month Check-Up
11.10.11 - Baby T's 3rd Appointment (2 Month Check-Up)
12.11- Took her to Dr to make sure she was well
1.26.12 0 - Baby T's 4th Appointment (14lbs12oz & 25", 60% percentile for both)
