umm... wow!

Thank you all so much for your kind words!

I am feeling fine. There are points where I don't feel pregnant at all. Is that normal?

For those of you who asked... We did not test ahead of time. I was completely shocked with the phone call saying that it worked. We had one embie transfered that was a day 7, so I doubt it's more than one. I just hope that our high numbers indicate a sticky, sticky bean. The nurse said that we could schedule our first ultrasound for June 1st; however, we don't want to miss more work so we are going on June 2nd at 4:15pm. We will be 5w6d at that point. Do you think that we may get to see the heartbeat at that point since our numbers have been so high?

We have been staying busy with our college work, end of the year things at school and yard work.

I have been feeling very anxious the last few days. I felt so anxious today that I called and requested another round of bloodwork. Guess what? It came back at 5097! They also tested my TSH (2.42). I wonder if they will up my dosage?

My stomach and buttocks are black and blue, but it's all worth it.

I can't believe that is still happening to us....

My very favorite part of following blogs is celebrating the BFP's!!! It's what we all work so hard to achieve. You have a chance of seeing the heartbeat, but don't worry if you don't. We saw ours at 6w,2d. Your betas are fantastic though!!!

Those are great beta numbers! Congratulations!!!!!
There is a chance you hear the heartbeat but if you don't just keep in mind its still early. I first heard the heartbeats at 6w4d. Yay for your u/s on the 1st!

Congrats! We heard the heartbeat at almost 7 weeks, our first ultrasound was 5.5 weeks and we didn't hear it then. That is when morning sickness set in for me though, but it was all day, every day until about 36.5 weeks. Good luck!

Congratulations!! What a blessing! I wanted to let you know that I'm 17 weeks and still have to look down at my expanding waistline to remind myself that I am actually pregnant some days. Because other than that, and a smidge of exhaustion toward the end of the first tri, I have had not a single symptom. So don't be alarmed if you don't...I'm told we should just be excited and thankful that we're not experienceing m/s, but I will admit that I woke up daily through the first 8 or so weeks hoping for the slightest sign of m/s. Never got it. :)

Also, I don't know how things work with IVF, and it is possible to see the heartbeat, but I want to caution you from getting your hopes too high for it. We went in at 6 weeks and didn't see a heartbeat. We were devastated and thinking we had lost another baby, but I took all weekend to relax and pray and BUILD A HEARTBEAT and low and behold, our little Pokey was there in full force on Monday. So if you don't see one, know that there is still a great chance that things are okay!

Wishing you all the best!!

Don't worry about not feeling pregnant (easier said than done, I know) but I am 27 weeks and if I did not feel the baby move I still wouldn't know that I was pregnant. The first trimester I was so sad that I didn't feel pregnant, but now I am glad that I feel so great.

Hi, stopping by from LFCA. We did a frozen transfer in April and are currently 8weeks2days. I thought it would be interesting to follow your journey. Your numbers sound great! Oh and yes it's normal to not feel pregnant. Even this far along, sometimes my symptoms disappear for a while. Best of luck to you!

I can't believe I missed this?! Congratulations, woohoo!! I'm so happy for you! I had my first u/s at 5 wks 3 days and we only saw the little gestational sac and yolk sac at that time but I've heard others say toward the end of 5 wks they saw a heartbeat. I hope you do!
