Two thirty somethings, both teachers, working on growing our family and living life to the fullest. We were blessed with our first daughter through the miracle of adoption in July 2010 and welcomed our second daughter after a surprise pregnancy in September 2011. Then, in 2014 we added a precious boy to our growing family.
Formally, "Our Journey, But Not Our Plan. It's hard to deal with now. But, one day, it will all be worth it."
Our blog title changed when we realized that our plans changed and that it was ok that they did. And guess what? It has ALL been totally worth it!
Follow us as we continue our journey!
Santa & his helper were very busy Christmas Eve night. Griff had a rough night and we were just as excited as the girls. We didn't get much sleep. TT started to come down around 7:45am. Jason jumped off of the couch, grabbed the cameras and headed up to get Chloe too. Then, the fun began. The girls loved everything they saw! We opened gifts, had breakfast, opened more and watched movies. After a small lunch, they headed down for a nap. Then, Jason's parents and brother and fiance came over for dinner. The kiddos opened more gifts. We had a long, long day! But, it was AMAZING!
That morning, we made cookies. After lunch and nap, we got ready, took photos and headed to Jason's parent's house. Afterwards, we went to the candlelight service at church and headed home to set our Santa's cookies and the reindeer's goodies (cornflakes & carrots).
